Some features require login or an event registration. Confirm whether the attendee is logged in and has selected the correct event.
Where does an attendee find their QR badge?
They should open their registration details or QR badge screen after registration is linked to their account.
Why is a session feature missing?
The feature may not be configured for that session. Confirm with the admin team that feedback, quiz, poll, notes, or ask faculty is enabled for the correct session.
