Registration and Check-in Workflow
Use this workflow before and during the event to manage attendee access.
Before the Event
- Configure registration settings.
- Build and test the registration form.
- Import existing participants if needed.
- Confirm attendees can see or claim registration in the mobile app.
- Prepare badge and QR flows if required.
During the Event
- Open check-in or ops portal tools.
- Search or scan participant records.
- Confirm attendee identity if required by organizer policy.
- Mark check-in or print badge.
- Use spot registration for walk-in attendees where allowed.
After the Event
- Review registration analytics.
- Export or report attendee counts if required.
- Use attendance data for certificates if applicable.
