Registration and Check-in Workflow

Use this workflow before and during the event to manage attendee access.

Before the Event

  1. Configure registration settings.
  2. Build and test the registration form.
  3. Import existing participants if needed.
  4. Confirm attendees can see or claim registration in the mobile app.
  5. Prepare badge and QR flows if required.

During the Event

  1. Open check-in or ops portal tools.
  2. Search or scan participant records.
  3. Confirm attendee identity if required by organizer policy.
  4. Mark check-in or print badge.
  5. Use spot registration for walk-in attendees where allowed.

After the Event

  1. Review registration analytics.
  2. Export or report attendee counts if required.
  3. Use attendance data for certificates if applicable.
