Mobile Attendee Journey

Use this workflow when preparing organizer support staff to help attendees during an event.

Before the Event

  1. Confirm the event appears in the mobile app.
  2. Confirm event home tiles show the expected content.
  3. Test login, registration claim, QR badge, sessions, notes, polls, and feedback.
  4. Favorite a session and confirm support staff know the double tap behavior.
  5. Test notification permission on at least one device.

During the Event

  1. Ask attendees to select the correct event first.
  2. Guide attendees to sessions, filters, and favorite behavior.
  3. Help registered attendees open QR badges from registration details.
  4. Use attendance or ops scanning flows only with trained staff accounts.
  5. For live quiz, ask attendees to sign in, open the quiz, and keep the screen open.
  6. For Ask Faculty, ask attendees to sign in and select the correct session.

After the Event

  1. Ask attendees to complete feedback if required.
  2. Guide eligible attendees to My Certificates.
  3. Help users download certificate PDFs or verify certificate numbers.
  4. For Moments, confirm selfie upload and album readiness before troubleshooting missing photos.

Common First Questions

  • Which event did you select?
  • Are you signed in or browsing as a guest?
  • Which registration number or email are you using?
  • Did you refresh the mobile app?
  • Is this feature enabled for the event or session?
