Moments Album Workflow
Use this workflow when an event uses Moments albums for attendee photos.
Organizer Preparation
- Confirm Moments is enabled and ready for the event.
- Tell attendees whether they need to sign in before uploading a selfie.
- Explain that albums may not appear until event photos and user matching are ready.
- Prepare support instructions for selfie reupload.
Attendee Flow
- Open the event in the mobile app.
- Open Moments.
- Sign in if prompted.
- Upload or retake selfie.
- Wait for album readiness.
- Open the album, view photos, download, or share.
Support Flow
- Confirm the attendee selected the correct event.
- Confirm the attendee is signed in.
- Confirm the attendee uploaded a selfie.
- Ask the attendee to refresh Moments.
- Ask the attendee to reupload selfie if the album appears incorrect.
- Escalate with event, attendee account, and screenshot details if the album remains unavailable.
