Moments Album Workflow

Use this workflow when an event uses Moments albums for attendee photos.

Organizer Preparation

  1. Confirm Moments is enabled and ready for the event.
  2. Tell attendees whether they need to sign in before uploading a selfie.
  3. Explain that albums may not appear until event photos and user matching are ready.
  4. Prepare support instructions for selfie reupload.

Attendee Flow

  1. Open the event in the mobile app.
  2. Open Moments.
  3. Sign in if prompted.
  4. Upload or retake selfie.
  5. Wait for album readiness.
  6. Open the album, view photos, download, or share.

Support Flow

  1. Confirm the attendee selected the correct event.
  2. Confirm the attendee is signed in.
  3. Confirm the attendee uploaded a selfie.
  4. Ask the attendee to refresh Moments.
  5. Ask the attendee to reupload selfie if the album appears incorrect.
  6. Escalate with event, attendee account, and screenshot details if the album remains unavailable.
