Use this workflow after a session or event to capture attendee feedback and provide certificates.

Feedback

  1. Create feedback questions in admin.
  2. Confirm the target event or session.
  3. Ask attendees to submit feedback from mobile.
  4. Review feedback summary and submissions.

Certificates

  1. Configure certificate settings.
  2. Confirm certificate eligibility rules with the organizer.
  3. Verify attendee registration and attendance where required.
  4. Guide attendees to the mobile certificate screen.
  5. Use certificate verification for support cases.
