Account and Support

Account and support flows help attendees recover access and contact the event or Zinvos support team.

Login and Signup

Attendees can sign in with supported credentials and create accounts when needed. Some event content is available as a guest, but participation features often require sign-in.

Forgot Password and Reset

Forgot password starts the reset flow. Users may verify a reset token and set a new password where supported.

User Settings

Settings can include account details and account actions such as logout or account deletion where enabled.

Support Contact

Support contact lets users submit password reset, general inquiry, or technical issue requests. The form validates identity and message details before submission.

Organizer Support Checklist

  • Confirm the attendee's selected event.
  • Confirm whether the user is a guest or signed in.
  • Confirm the mobile number or email used for the account.
  • Confirm the feature requires registration, attendance, or certificate eligibility.
  • Escalate with event, account, registration number, and screenshot details when needed.
