Documents and Event Content
The mobile app includes several content sections that organizers configure in admin.
Documents
Documents provide event files such as schedules, abstracts, brochures, or handouts. Use clear document titles so attendees know what to open.

Custom Menu
Custom menu items appear on event home and can open event-specific web content. Organizers use this for links or resources that do not fit standard app sections.

FAQ Chat
FAQ chat is reachable from event home. It uses event context, suggested questions, conversation history, message rating, and a new conversation action.

Contacts, Sponsors, and Team
Contact Us, Sponsors, Sponsor Details, and The Team help attendees find event people and partner information.
Organizer Support Notes
- If content is missing, confirm it was created under the correct event in admin.
- If a link does not open, test it on a phone browser and confirm it does not require unsupported authentication.
- If downloads fail, confirm network access and device storage permission.
