Feedback and Certificates

Feedback and certificates are often connected. Some events require feedback before a certificate can be issued.

Feedback​

Attendees submit feedback from the mobile app when feedback is configured by the organizer. Feedback can include ratings, options, or written responses depending on setup.

Certificate Eligibility Banner​

Event home can show a certificate eligibility banner. If feedback is required, the banner can guide the attendee to the feedback screen before certificate access.

My Certificates​

My Certificates lists certificates available to the signed-in user. Certificate detail supports viewing certificate information and downloading the PDF.

Public Verification​

Certificate verification lets someone verify a certificate number without needing the attendee's account.

Organizer Support Notes​

  • If a certificate is missing, confirm registration, attendance or eligibility rules, feedback completion, and admin approval status.
  • If PDF download fails, ask the attendee to check storage permission and network access.
  • If verification fails, confirm the certificate number was entered exactly.
