Feedback submissions are important when certificate eligibility depends on completed feedback. Use submissions to validate whether a participant has responded.
Attendee Support Notes
- Mobile users submit feedback from the event or session feedback screen.
- If feedback is required for certificates, guide the attendee from the certificate eligibility banner to the feedback screen.
- If feedback is missing, confirm the attendee used the same account or registration record expected by the event.
