Session Attendance and Checkout

Session attendance and checkout tools help organizers track who attended sessions and who completed checkout flows.

Session Attendance

Use session attendance settings to enable scanning and review attendance records for a session. Regenerate QR codes when operational setup changes or when staff need a fresh code.

Mobile Scanning

When attendance is enabled for any session, mobile users with scanner access may see a scanner action. The scanner records device information, prevents duplicate scan handling, and shows success or error dialogs.

Checkout

Checkout is event-scoped and supports QR-based completion when enabled. Use checkout settings and records to manage the flow.

Organizer Checklist

  • Decide which sessions need attendance.
  • Confirm QR codes are available before the session starts.
  • Train staff on scanner access and expected success/error messages.
  • Review attendance records during or after the session.
  • Export or reconcile records if required for certificates or compliance.

Attendee Support Notes

  • Attendees may see attended badges after successful attendance capture.
  • If a scan fails, confirm the QR code belongs to the correct session or checkout flow.
  • Duplicate scans may be blocked or ignored to protect record accuracy.
